Hi Ladies’,

No long epistle today, just me sharing my love for one of the trends at the moment, ‘Oversized Jackets’! I’m wearing a monochrome look with this Zara jacket that’s available now. I rarely show my legs and to be honest there’s no reason why because I do like them. If you’ve been on this journey with me for a while you’ll know how much I used to dislike them from my post ‘Sparkle’. It feels great to be in a place of real acceptance despite the blemishes, scars and birthmarks I have. The last I checked, my husband loved them too, ha ha!

Sexy: ‘Very exciting or appealing’

It took me a while to connect to my sexualty, and it’s a subject i’ll speak on in more detail another time. I’m glad I can now embrace it especially as a Christian. Growing up, it wasn’t something I heard very often in the church and if I did it wasn’t in a positive way. To me sexy is more about how confident I feel rather than the amount of clothes I have on. I like this quote from Paris Hilton:

‘No Matter What A Woman Looks Like If She’s Confident She’s Sexy’

Confidence is an inside job, it’s something I continually work on. My confidence comes from what i’m reading, watching, listening to, eating, God….etc. If I’m looking after myself from the inside out + I get my grooming done and my mind is healthy, mate there is no stopping me. Lady’s you have permission to look and feel sexy….
