Yes to RED & let’s talk about Rituals!

I am in love with this Zara suit, autumn is here & it’s time to bring out those fall colours (as the Americans say). I’ve also changed my hair & these triangle braids complete the look. I decided to get an undercut and I love it, I think it gives me a little bit of an edge….! You know me, always changing things up and trying new styles, it’s fun! I hope you like the look as much as me.
Rituals:

I’ve been so challenged recently by the ritual’s I keep & without making this blog post one of the long ones, ‘The life you want comes from the rituals you keep’. I’ve always admired people who work out 4-5 times a week and deep down i’ve wanted to be one of them. I love working out but i’ve only ever managed to do it 1-3 times a week and since being married, with work commitments etc, sometimes I would go weeks without exercise. That has to stop and i’ve realized that sometimes little and often is better than nothing at all.
I have set myself some fitness goals and once I achieve them and i’m consistent i’ll share more with you. At the moment my alarm clock is going off rather early and i’m already feeling the benefits. Working out makes me feel happy & unstoppable so why has it taken me so long to make it more of a priority? This is just one example there are a few more things that I have decided to commit to and I know there is no way i’ll fail as long as i’m consistent.
Is there anything you want to commit to? All you need to do is DECIDE, COMMIT & SUCCEED. Ask God to help you, that’s what I did. The Holy spirit will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it.

Love this look and the rituals. Consistency is so powerful but life happens. I’ve found as long as I recommit, regroup, refocus and start again, I can get back on track quickly. Journally has really helped me too. Keep being uniquely you Shar ??
