What lens are you looking through?

Sometimes we see ourselves through the wrong lens. The way you view yourself is not always a true reflection of who you are and what you are capable of. Very often we look at ourselves through the lens of people who don’t see our value and our self worth gets distorted. Did you know that you were created with limitless capabilities?

Maybe you need to clean your lens and take a second look at yourself? This time don’t allow anything negative to come from your mouth in relation to who you really are. The FACT is: You ARE enough. No matter where you are in your journey throughout this life what you currently have is a perfect start. That doesn’t mean you don’t need to work on your character, skills etc…

Of course you should work hard and pursue excellence in all you do but, whilst you work, ensure that you view yourself in the correct way.

If you don’t feel like you have value, everyday for as long as you need to, look in the mirror and tell yourself that you’re enough. Ever heard the saying, ”Fake it till you make it”? Keep saying it and one day you’ll believe it because it’s the truth
