I’m sure we can all agree that frustration is a feeling we’ve all dealt with at some time in our life’s. For all of us, this will look quite different but it presents itself in our families, relationships, jobs and even sometimes our health.
‘The prevention of the progress, success, or fulfilment of something’
I know this doesn’t sound great, and believe me I am a very positive person who expects good things always. As the year comes close to an end, I am drawn to reflect on some of the things that have frustrated me this year and, I can see growth. It’s annoying when things don’t go the way we plan them and believe me I made many goals this year, and some of them have not only not happen but also, feel so far from happening. However, Sharlene as a person feels stronger, wiser, and my patience has been strengthened through it all. Sometimes the things we so long for, we are not ready for, or they are quite simply not the best things for us, even though thats a hard pill to chew.
If you’re reading this having experienced some of the same things, remember that ‘frustration builds strength and character’ and these are the things that can take years to build but can last a life time. Have a blessed and beautiful week, keeping this in mind whilst you navigate your frustrations.
